About us
Story Bags was established to bring greater transparency to the promotional products industry. While many products are marketed using terms such as sustainable, ethical, and responsibly sourced, verifying those claims is often difficult. We believe businesses deserve more than assurances, they deserve visibility into the journey behind the products they purchase.

Our approach is built around traceability. We have documented the path of our bags from Fair Trade certified cotton production in India through to fabric manufacturing and final construction in Melbourne, Australia. By connecting each stage of the supply chain and making that information available, we provide organisations with a clear and credible understanding of where their products come from and the standards behind their production.
